White Main Beach is an award-winning 29-storey luxury development, where the façade plays an integral role in maximising uninterrupted 360-degree views of the coastline, hinterland and city.
Project Overview
Supplyhaus delivered more than 2,200 sqm of custom, high-performance glazing across White Main Beach’s 29 storeys — recognised as Queensland’s best apartment building over $50 million at the Master Builders Queensland Awards.
The façade package included sliding doors, awning windows and expansive full-height glazing, designed to maximise the development’s spectacular 360-degree views while meeting the demands of its exposed coastal environment.
Every custom element underwent rigorous pressure chamber testing for water penetration, high winds, air infiltration and operating force, while more than 30 new aluminium profile dies were developed specifically for the project to bring the architectural vision to life.
