Located in the heart of Fortitude Valley, Eminence is home to Mosaic Property Group’s Brisbane headquarters, defined by its striking contemporary façade and distinctive architectural form.
Project Overview
Supplyhaus was engaged to deliver the façade package for Eminence, featuring 2,500 sqm of curtain wall with striking sloping sides that contribute to the building’s distinctive architectural form.
High-performance glazing with custom frit patterns was integrated throughout the façade to enhance internal comfort, while custom-designed perforated screens provide additional protection and privacy for occupants.
Together, the curtain wall, high-performance glazing and bespoke screening create a high-performing façade solution that balances architectural design, functionality and occupant comfort, helping bring Eminence’s distinctive vision to life.
