Located at Pelican Waters on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, Rockpool Pelican Waters is a six-level, 150-resident aged care facility designed to create a modern, connected and purpose-built home for its residents.

We were proud to play a part in the award-winning Rockpool Residential Aged Care development at Pelican Waters, delivering the joinery package from design through to installation across 152 resident rooms.
Our scope included wardrobes, bathroom cabinetry, kitchenettes, bedheads, desks and shelving, with each element designed to balance the practical requirements of an aged care environment with the warm, high-end aesthetic of the development.
Cost efficiency, durability and consistency were key considerations throughout the project. Using proven products, including Laminex, we developed practical joinery solutions that could be efficiently delivered across 152 rooms while maintaining a consistent level of quality and finish.
From design through to installation, our team delivered on the client’s objectives by creating safe, durable and functional joinery that could withstand the demands of everyday use, while maintaining the warm, high-end residential feel envisioned for Rockpool Pelican Waters.
