Located within TradeCoast Central at Eagle Farm, the Laminex Distribution Facility is a major 27,600 sqm industrial development incorporating extensive warehouse and distribution areas, a showroom and office spaces, including two dispatch offices and a 600 sqm administrative office.

Project Overview

Supplyhaus Steel delivered the complete structural steel package for the Laminex Distribution Facility, a major 27,600 sqm industrial development located within TradeCoast Central at Eagle Farm.

The project involved the design, fabrication and installation of 1,270 tonnes of structural steel, supporting the expansive warehouse and distribution areas, showroom and office spaces, including two dispatch offices and a 600 sqm administrative office.

Working closely with project partners from early design and coordination through to fabrication and installation, the team developed a bespoke structural steel solution tailored to the scale and operational requirements of the facility. Careful planning and coordination ensured seamless integration onsite, with the structural steel package delivered to a high standard of quality and compliance, on time and within budget.
