Our team supplied and installed 640 sqm of aluminium-glazed windows and doors and 150 sqm of security screens, alongside a range of products from our Affordable Housing Metalworks Collection, including batten screens, louvres, awnings and balustrades.
A unique requirement of the project was achieving an Rw 35 acoustic rating. To meet this performance requirement, our team developed customised solutions for the heavier acoustic sliding doors, ensuring they remained easy to operate without compromising the required acoustic performance.
This integrated approach allowed us to deliver windows, doors and architectural metalworks as a coordinated package, balancing performance, durability and everyday functionality.
