Façade Overview

Supplyhaus delivered the façade package for BHC’s 92-home social and affordable housing development in Chermside, providing a high-performance solution designed around resident comfort, safety and long-term durability.

Our scope included more than 1,100 sqm of high-performance glazing, incorporating glass louvres, sliding windows and sliding doors throughout the development. This was supported by 350 sqm of screening, including security, fall-prevention and fly screens.

Designed to maximise natural light and airflow while meeting the safety and performance requirements of the development, the integrated façade package plays an important role in creating comfortable, practical and liveable homes for residents.

Joinery Overview

Supplyhaus delivered the joinery package across BHC’s 92-home social and affordable housing development in Chermside, providing practical and durable solutions designed for the demands of everyday living.
