Archer Street Student Accommodation

The project incorporated 4,500 sqm of window wall and sliding doors, with integrated internal finishes specifically designed to meet the demands of a high-use student accommodation environment.

Robust internal linings were incorporated into the façade system to provide a durable finish within each student room, helping to minimise the potential for damage while also simplifying the construction process. By integrating these finishes into the system, the solution reduced additional works required on site and helped maximise installation speed across the project.

The result was a practical, high-performing façade solution that balanced durability, efficiency and architectural intent, while supporting the streamlined delivery of a large-scale student accommodation development.
