We delivered over 2,200 sqm of Supplyhaus windows and doors for renowned property developer QM Properties at 160 Macquarie Street. Designed and installed across 15 storeys, the custom glazing provides residents with sweeping views of the Brisbane River, Mount Coot-tha and the city, while enhancing the building’s sleek architectural form.
Bringing the vision to life
Every custom element underwent rigorous testing in a pressure chamber to ensure resistance against water penetration, high winds, air infiltration, and optimal operating force. To achieve the client’s vision, over 30 new dyes for aluminium profiles were created specifically for this project. We’re proud to have delivered an innovative, high-performance solution that brings the client’s vision to life.
